Delete Account

You can delete your Comma account at any time, without contacting us.

In the app (recommended)

Open Comma and go to Settings;
Scroll to About and tap Delete Account;
Confirm in the dialog.

Deletion takes effect immediately: the server-side account and sign-in credentials are removed and the app returns to the anonymous state.

What deletion covers

Data	Handling
Server account and sign-in credentials (Apple / Google link)	Deleted immediately
Server session tokens	Revoked and deleted immediately
On-device history, recordings and translations	Stay on your device; delete the records in the app or delete the app to remove them
Recognition audio and transcripts	Not stored long-term in the first place

Request by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@wangshaoxing.com with "Delete Comma account" and the Apple / Google account you used. We will verify and delete it for you.

Note: deleting your account does not automatically remove recordings and history from your device. Delete those in the app as well.
